The company I work for now bought the company I used to work for, OmniTech. I like to include "I was bought back in April of 1999" in my introductions at work.

OmniTech Consulting, Inc. was a smaller company than I work for now. It was a change-management, market research, and training firm. I worked in the new media department. We were kept in the back corner and didn't have many interactions with clients. Back in those days, I had even more of a flannel, shorts, and combat boots fashion sense.

One Friday, the senior partner left a company-wide voicemail. He said, "Hello, everyone. We have Japanese clients coming in on Monday which means we need to be formal. Men, wear full suits. Women, dress suits - not pant suits. And, Devin... Stay home."

I did.

Cuando Putos.

Whenever Handy Manny comes on, Laura sings along with the theme song. At a certain point, she always sings "cuando putos." As best I can tell, this translates as "when's the man-pussy." You ought to be ashamed of yourself, Disney...
